South of the archaeological site of Aptera and near the village Stylos, at position Azogires, we meet the domed tomb of Stylos that came to light in 1961, already looted, by the archaeologists Nikolaos Platon and Kostas Davaras. This monumental tomb was of a local lord and has a circular stone chamber and long, road corridor (20,80 m long).
The relieving triangle above the entrance hosted 12 cups of the Hellenistic period, a fact that confirms that ceremonies took place there. Such Hellenistic pottery was also found in the corridor.
