We launched the second retouched edition of our book Blue Crete with more than 500 beaches exposed in 416 pages with more than 1000 photos and detailed descriptions, maps, atttibutes and ratings by the site cretanbeaches.com. Take a look and order here.

Google hosted and dedicated a session for the presentation our application within the Google DevFest 2015 Greece (26-28 November 2015), as a model of good practice for technology and innovation. Thank you Google!

In July 2015 we organized in collaboration with Naturalistic club of Heraklion, our first photo exhibition on Beaches of Crete in the Basilica of St. Mark Heraklion, with more than 10,000 visitors (July 20-30, 2015). The exhibition was also hosted in InStore Gallery and in Malia in September.

For 3rd year, we retained our weekly column on Patris Newspaper, the first newspaper in circulation in Crete. The column has as subject the beaches of Crete. You can take a look here (in Greek).

We are pleased to have edited the official guides of the Region of Crete, offering for first time an excellent overview of almost all basic aspects of Crete island. The high quality texts and photo material have been included in pocket booklets and will be distributed by the Region of Crete, i.e. the local govenment. We have written guides based on 12 axes and one general guide about Crete. Download here

We have provided the material for the new year calendar of the Minoan Lines one of the largest passenger ferry companies in Europe, for 2016. The subject of the calendar is the beaches of the prefecture of Heraklion in Crete. You can download the sample here.

We are very happy to have been awarded the 3rd Innovation Proposal award by the CIHEAM "University support for research and development in industry". Dr Alexandros Roniotis was awarded for the proposal entitled "Emergence of Multilevel beaches of Crete".
