The church of Agia Paraskevi (Agia Paraskevi) at the region of the village Kalogeros, Amari province, is a dependency of Asomati monastery. It is small cruciform church dating back from the 13th century. The church was rebuilt in the 19th century, preserving some of its elements, such as the frescoes and the arcosolium (burial monument) of Georgios Hortatzis, a well-known chieftain of Amari, depicting a hunting scene. The drum of the church depicts the Pantocrator blessing the two founders of the church, Georgios Hortatzis and his wife.
