The village of Astyraki in the province of Malevizi takes its name from the ancient styrax (locally called astyrakas), a centuries-old tree that can still be found today in the courtyard of the church of Saint Constantine and Helen.

The Krya Vrysi shelter is the only shelter on Mount Kedros. It is located at an altitude of 1100 meters and very close to the imposing waterfall of Gre Dafni.

A few meters southeast of the beautiful nudist beach of Psili Ammos in Vai, the tiny beach in cape Kefali is formed.

>Directly opposite the port of Agios Nikolaos is the islet of Agii Pantes. Approximately in the center of the island there is a unique tiny beach with sand and clear blue waters.

At the eastern end of the sandy beach of Plakias, at the base of the Karavos peninsula, the impressive limestone rock of Paligremnos is formed. Paligremnos is a geological fault with a great height and extremely smooth surface that exceeds 80 meters.

East of Istron Bay there is a very small cove with three remote beaches, accessed on foot via a short path. The beaches are named Vryonisi (or Prasonisi), after the small Vryonisi (or Prasonisi) islet that is formed just opposite the small bay.
