The Katsikali sea cave is located on one of the steepest coasts of Asterousia, between the Koudoumas monastery and the beach of Tris Ekklisies and within the administrative district of the village of Paranymfi.
Limnionari or Agios Georgios beach is located in one of the most isolated areas of Crete. It is formed in a narrow bay at the exit of the Agios Georgios gorge, which starts south of the now deserted monastery of Saint George in Menies.
The beach of Foudana is located next to the coastal settlement of Maridaki and belongs to the community of Ahentria Monofatsiou. It is formed in a steep area at the eastern base of Cape Kerkellos and has pebbles, quite a rocky bottom and very clear waters
Vraskos beach is located in a secluded location at the exit of a small gorge between Koutalis and Almyrida, in the vicinity of Kokkinos Chorio. The wider area is full of fantastic caves.
The ruined church of the Holy Trinity (Agia Triada) is located within the boundaries of the settlement of Ligortynos in the province of Monofatsi. Its use is placed from the post-Byzantine period to the Venetian period, and more specifically between the 11th and 15th centuries, with most findings dating to the 12th and 13th centuries.
Vala beach is located on the southeastern slopes of the Asterousia Mountains in a purely Cretan setting, with inaccessible gorges, bare rocks, steep cliffs and beautiful secluded beaches.
Aniforas Beach is located in the Vigdolidi area in an extremely wild rocky landscape, between Agia Galini and Agios Pavlos. Administratively, the area belongs to the district of the Saktouria community of Agios Vasilios.
Η παραλία Φουντάνα βρίσκεται δίπλα στον παραλιακό οικισμό Μαριδάκι και ανήκει στην κοινότητα του Αχεντριά Μονοφατσίου. Σχηματίζεται σε απόκρημνη περιοχή στην ανατολική βάση του ακρωτηρίου Κέρκελλος και έχει βότσαλα, αρκετά βραχώδη βυθό και πολύ καθαρά νερά.
